Digital Signage Solutions

For a solution there must first be a problem to solve.
What’s your problem?
Have you clarified the problem you need to solve?

In our experience, there are three problems that are repeatedly at the top of the list, one is an age-old problem, another a very modern one.

Communication problem: The need to engage and inform employees, to lift morale and performance. To build teamwork across business units, and to maintain focus on the business’ purpose.

To empower informed decision making by acquiring data and metrics from multiple data sources across silos, then manage, combine, and deliver that data as information to the right people, in the right place, at the right time - automatically.

How do I do this efficiently, effectively, and in a cost-effective way?

Cohesive has digital signage solutions for all three of these problems – and others.

Let's tell you a bit about Cohesive and our approach to giving you what we think is the best system out there and has been given recognition as having the lowest TCO for a digital communications platform.

Data can be a goldmine of value to your business, for example, when used to inform and empower your people's decision making.

We created Cohesive to provide solutions and services that enable you to put your data and information to good use.

Our solutions include Omnivex Moxie digital signage software, a visual communications platform with Digital Signage, Data Display, and advanced Wayfinding among its functionalities.
Omnivex Ink is also a part of a complete solution. A cross-platform App, Omnivex Ink, enables the sharing of data in real-time to your fingertips. Omnivex Ink data is Bi-directional, meaning you can receive and update data from wherever you are.

Quality Commercial Grade LCD screens and displays designed for outdoor use in the most demanding of environments are included in our solutions.

We also provide a comprehensive range of services to support these solutions.

With our knowledge and experience gained over many years, we can take your idea from concept, through design and implementation, to operation, to deliver you a unified set of visual communication tools to achieve your strategic outcomes.

Our Process

Discovery
An important component of the process, it is used to identify desired outcomes, cross-silo cooperation requirements, available resources, and access to & acquisition of those resources along with any restrictions or impediments to access.
As with any part of digital transformation, this is as much about people as it is strategic & tactical, and outcomes & inputs.

We can facilitate this process.

Design
System & content architecture and design is of high-level importance; not only to the initial implementation but to the ongoing efficiency, effectiveness and success of the system. If discovery is the Why & What, Design is the How.
Design is significant too and helps determine, much of the following three processes.

Development
It is said "Content is King", while that may be true to a certain extent, we believe if the content is King, context is the Crown.

Having identified the resources and architecture during Discovery and Design, we can now apply Rules and structure to give context and automate as much of the content as is practical and semi-automate as much of the rest as is possible.

Deployment
Working closely with our customers, our Project Managers use their professional experience to bring together the IT software & hardware elements of your project with the AV components to ensure as little disruption and in as short a time as possible.

Well planned, deployment can be amazingly fast.

Operation
Training and GoLive are the most exciting part of the project for all involved. This when it all comes together.
Training is offered for different levels; IT, Administrators, Designers, and Users.

Our aim is to hand over a system that requires minimal human resources to achieve high-level outcomes. Automation and training are key.

Note: In practice, some of these processes may overlap or be undertaken coincidental with another.

Success Examples

Here are just two examples of low cost, high-value systems and the benefits that our digital signage solutions can bring:

Success Example 1:
The Sales Department in a multi-national that increased its results by 30%. The Manager, at their International Conference, presented this achievement as the most significant single improvement ever brought to his department. It not only greatly and measurably improved productivity, it significantly raised morale at the same time.

Success Example 2:
The system was automated and ran for over two years without human intervention. Only a scheduled PC replacement caused any interruption.

The Engineering Department at an international manufacturer that, in just the first few weeks of operation of the system, was able to prevent a potential loss of tens of thousands of dollars through a monitoring system that automatically displayed warnings when input metrics dropped below a threshold.

The system acquired multiple sources of data from production line metrics and was programmed to automatically change content to display a warning screen that also identified the precise problem.
